SHines Photography believes in customer service. We want you to be happy with your purchase from us.

Policies:

1) We guarantee your satisfaction - period. If you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase to us for a full and complete refund. We will even refund all your shipping charges. See our 100% All-Your-Money-Back Guarantee for the easy details.

2) Please note that the photos you will receive are of a much higher quality than those on the website. SHines Photography photographs are all taken with Nikon professional cameras using Fuji Velvia film which produces amazing images. The photo images are sent to our professional printing service as high resolution TIF files which translates to great detail on the final prints you purchase.

3) Your delivered images will not have the SAH watermark or our company web address that appears in our on-line photos.

4) When you decide on the item(s) to order and are ready to check out, you will be taken to PayPal to complete the transaction. PayPal is the best way to insure your internet shopping experience is the safest possible. You may pay through your PayPal account if you have one or use a credit card for your purchase. See our Easy Ordering Information page for additional details. SHines Photography is committed to keeping our customers' identities safe.

5) You may open a Lightbox and place items in there for later purchase or to show to others. Just sign in, choose a password and start adding photos.

6) Your orders will be delivered directly from our professional photo printing service company, typically via Federal Express depending on what you order. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all U.S. customers. Our Canadian customers will only pay $5 for ground shipping.

7) SHines Photography will pay sales tax for all Colorado customers (just another perk of living in Colorado). Customers outside of Colorado do not pay sales tax.

8) Orders placed before 5pm Mountain Time are processed and sent to our photo printing service within 24 hours of receipt (we strive for a 12 hour turnaround). Your credit card is charged by PayPal. Special orders such as framing and photos on canvas usually take an additional day to process by the printer.

9) All photos on single or double weight matboard are Lustre Coated at no additional charge. This environmentally friendly coating will protect your photographs from fingerprints, dust and UV rays.

10) Our frames are natural wood with no glass. The photographs are printed on double weight matboard and receive complimentary Lustre Coating (see Item #9).

11) Photographs are printed on Kodak Professional Portra Endura Paper (e-Paper) which affords brilliant tones, color perfection and lasts 100 years.

12) Canvas stretcher frame photos come ready to frame.

13) Gallery Wraps are limited to several photos that are best for this type of display. Wraps are printed on premier art canvas and the photograph wraps around the side to create a beautiful 3-D effect. The Gallery Wrap option has its own gallery and is only available in the 20x30 size at present.
